
Ogilvy will set up shop for 3 days in London offering its expertise to the public. It's a very smart PR technique, but even smarter research tool. The shop is open as they say "to anyone and everyone"... but here's how that sentence continues "from small businesses and social enterprises to charities and art projects." And you have to book your 1 hour slot in advance, which I assume is a good screening process for Ogilvy. In any case, it works well for both parties, Ogilvy gives creative solutions to businesses, and in return gets good ideas and research material about what's happening out there in the entrepreneurial and art world. Good way to step outside of the office and see what others are doing.
